It's really hot here! I mentioned to one of our neighbors that Raia didn't have any summer clothes, and that I was having trouble finding anything small enough in the stores. Our sweet neighbor went running off to dig through her closets and came back with a bag of clothes left from her daughter. . . who happens to be the same age as me. Raia has a whole wardrobe of vintage Soviet clothes now.

That is a sweet picture and reminds me of pics of kids in the 60's. Now that is a compliment!!! It might not sound like it, but it is! Where did the innocence of kids go???? Raia looks precious!

Great picture! Bet Raia loves her "new" Soviet-era wardrobe. Jehovah-Jireh is certainly the appropriate title in this case, for God's gracious provision of your needs. Continuing to pray for the right timing for everything in the way of housing, and for your visa. Wish I could hug her!

I love this Phyllis. Isn't it amazing that this neighbor has held onto those clothes all these years and then so generously gave them to you. Raia will fit in just right with all the kids around the Dacha.
