Phyllis, could you please explain in more detail what all of this means? Are all of those buildings, trucks, and equipment going to belong to the church? Will you be moving your residence or staying where you are?
And were those OUTDOOR toilet facilities I saw? It would be fine in the summer and spring, don't get me wrong. . . .

It all belongs to the Bi-regional (Ivanovo and Vladimir) Baptist Union. No, we will not be moving, but we will certainly be involved with the summer camps!
Yes, most of rural Russia uses outdoor toilets. They're a fact of life here. You just go quickly when it's below -20. :-) But, in case anyone is wondering, we live in an apartment, with indoor plumbing.
