Baba Julie, what kind of babushka are you, if you think those children are bundled up? They're not even close to dressed right! Ah, yes, you're an American babushka. :-)
I may not be a babushka but I understand the bundling dilemma. Will went to school in shorts the other day when there was frost on the ground (around 30). He was right, it warmed up to the 60's and he was comfortable. Kids in Florida would have had parkas and we would have cancelled recess if it was below 60! Here we don't cancel recess unless it's below 0 and windy.

How strange you must be to your neighbors; cutting grass, growing flowers, and taking those babies out in the cold all the time.
