Our strange son

Nature boy
Originally uploaded by fylliska.

During the really cold weather, when it was rather cold inside, Jaan started shedding his clothes at random times. He's crazy! Anyway, he would completely undress, and then sit on the radiator by the (COLD) window with his bear and talk to the plants. Will said he just needed some time to commune with nature.

This one leaves me speechless; the photograph is a beautiful study of the contemplative side of childhood.

Love to all....

That is too funny. I'm sitting in the teacher's workroom at school, trying not to draw attention to myself by laughing hysterically.

Phyllis, this picture says a thousand words. You could write a book with this one.

You can tell Jaan that I also talk to my plants...mostly when they are being unruly and not behaving exactly as I had hoped, or when they delight me with splashes of color, or fruit.

Let's hope he grows our of his Tarzan side... However it might be hereditary...(are we quite certain he's never heard his grandfather's Tarzan yell?) =) (Giggle)

In response to Shannon, I can't believe his Tarzan grandfather was with him and didn't share his Tarzan yell. I had to live with it for many years as a younger sister! Please hope those genes didn't get passed on or next he'll be sporting a Superman cape and breaking his arm. I do love the picture and remember my youngest having some naked tendencies (he grew out of them!). Enjoy all the craziness.
