Asya is going to play at a concert where children do solo parts with a chamber orchestra. For a while we thought it wouldn't happen because of quarantine, but now it's going to be on Sunday! She's been going to practices and getting ready. Today her teacher sent me this audio clip from rehearsal.
Her piece is a very emotional, very Ukrainian melody. Even if you can't understand the words of the dialogue, you can see the emotions here:
