(...чи Хансакеры в Херсоне?)Stories and photos from the daily life of "the Russian Hunsuckers". . . in Ukraine!
You had mentioned snow there. . .is it not staying yet? Either way, they look prepared! How strange you must be to your neighbors; cutting grass, growing flowers, and taking those babies out in the cold all the time. :-D
Hi! They are certainly bundled up! It must be pretty cold already! We've had some cold days, but today it's up to 75! And, the leaves are gorgeous!! Love to all!
There's been snow off and on, but it only started sticking yesterday. :-)Baba Julie, what kind of babushka are you, if you think those children are bundled up? They're not even close to dressed right! Ah, yes, you're an American babushka. :-)
Yes! I'm a SOUTHERN American Babushka to boot! We're still wearing short sleeves around here!! They make it look VERY cold to me!! Love y'all!
I may not be a babushka but I understand the bundling dilemma. Will went to school in shorts the other day when there was frost on the ground (around 30). He was right, it warmed up to the 60's and he was comfortable. Kids in Florida would have had parkas and we would have cancelled recess if it was below 60! Here we don't cancel recess unless it's below 0 and windy.
