Hi! That looked like a wonderful meal! What did you fix? We could see the deviled eggs and some kind of triangular shaped bread or meat? And, you can get cranberry sauce? Anyway, it looked like great fun!! Lots of love!
Good morning. What a joy to see you sharing the five kernels of corn and story of Thanksgiving with the next generation! We are very thankful for your ministry there, even as we deeply miss you around our table.Much love to each one....
Julie, we had all the traditional foods:turkey with stuffingcranberry sauce (I made it.)green bean casserole"sweet potato" casserolemashed potatoes with gravycorn bread and your mayonaise muffinspumpkin pie.The triangles that you saw were pizza that a neighbor brought right as we sat down to eat. :-) Will just stuck it on the table, but we didn't really eat it then.
Oh, yes, we had ambrosia salad like my grandmother always made, too.
Phyllis, What do you put in your Ambrosia salad? I have tried at times to duplicate what my mother and grandmother made, but it never seemed the same! Thanks!
